Blueberry Porridge


A rich porridge
Put 1/2 cup of blueberries in the blender with 1/2 cup of coconut water
Then pour this over 3/4 cup of oats and cook slowly 
Add 1/2 cup of plant milk as it sets
Wind in 1 tbsp of almond butter once heated
And top with 10 crushed almonds
And the remining 1/2 cup of blueberries

If eating as a mueseli
Add the almond butter in the blender with the plant milk also


  • Oats (3/4 cup)
  • Frozen Blueberries (1 cup)
  • Almonds (10)
  • Plant milk (1/2 cup)
  • Coconut water (1/2 cup)
  • Almond butter (1 tbsp)
  • Honey or maple syrup
