If you have it for breakfast
I often add other breakfast type stuff
Egg or tomatoes etc

1 Serving 


  • Wholemeal Bread (1 slice)
  • Mushrooms (200g)
  • Avocado (1)
  • Soy sauce (as you like)
  • Oil


Put 1 tsp of oil in a frying pan
Chop 200g of mushrooms add to pan and start frying
Scoop out an avocado chop up small and add to the frying pan
When mushrooms are looking soft and cooked add some soy sauce
Pop a slice of wholemeal bread into the toaster
Butter the toast if you want and top with the fry mix
