Greek Tahini Pizza


Very quick mini pizza

With interesting twist on the base

Ingredients

  • Large Wholemeal Pitta (1)
  • Cherry Tomatoes (few)
  • Black Olives (5)
  • Walnuts (2)
  • Feta Cheese (4 Tbsp)
  • Lemon Juice (½)
  • Fresh Basil or Parsley (2 Tbsp)
  • Tahini (1 Tbsp)

Method

Warm 1 large whole meal pitta in the toaster
Add 1 Tbsp of tahini to a cup
Add the juice 1 lemon
Mix together until it forms a paste
Spread the paste onto the pitta bread
Crumble 1 Tbps worth of walnuts onto the base
Add 4 Tbsp worth of crumbled feta cheese
Slice up a few cherry tomatoes and add to base
Slice a few olives and add to base
Stick under the grill
Add some fresh basil or fresh parsley
