Oat Chia Porridge

A modified porridge

 A wide balance of nutrition
The Chia seeds disappear into the mix
Adds a big Vitamin K hit
1 serving


  • Oats (3/4 cup)
  • Chia Seeds (1 Tbsp)
  • Banana (1 med)
  • Cinnamon
  • Milk or Plant Milk (1 cup)
  • Peanut Butter (1 Tbsp)
  • Sunflower Seeds (1 Tbsp)
  • Almonds (10)
  • Honey


Take a breakfast bowl
Add 3/4 of a cup of oats
Add 1 Tbsp of chia seeds
Add 1 banana and mash everything in the bowl until it turns into a ball of stodge
Add some cinnamon (opt)
Place contents into a saucepan
Add 1 cup/250ml of milk or plant milk and mix the stodge until smoothed out
Heat up and stir until it strats to set
Add 1 Tbsp of peanut butter and mix in
Serve back to the bowl
Top with 10 crushed almonds
And 1 Tbsp of sunflower seeds
