One of my favourites Does not look much But very Tasty and Satisfying Smoky paprika really enriches the flavour Along with the lifting bite from the chilli flakes (Made and tested 19 times) 2 Servings
Ingredients
Oil (1 Tbsp)
Onions (2 med)
Garlic (6 cloves)
Smoked Paprika (1 Tbsp)
Chilli Flakes (1 tsp)
Black Pepper
Cannelini Beans (1 can)
Kale (handful)
Stock (2 cups 500 ml)
Canned Tomatoes ( 1 can)
Method
Add 1 Tbsp of oil to a large saucepan and heat
Chop 2 med onions add to pan and let soften
Add 1 tsp of chilli flakes and 1 Tbsp of smoked paprika to the pan
Add some black pepper and stir it all up
Slice 6-9 cloves of garlic and add to the pan
Wash out a can of cannelini beans and add to the pan
Boil a kettle
Make 2 cups/500 ml of low sodium stock and add to the pan
Add a can of chopped tomatoes to the pan
Keep it bubbling and cook on med low for 10 minutes
