Ingredients
Potato (450g)
Kale (handful)
Cheese (100g)
Egg (1)
Oil (1 tsp)
Baked Beans (1 can)
Nutritional Yeast (1 Tbsp)
Method
Chop 450g of potatoes
Place in a pan of boiling water for 10 minutes
Trim a handful of kale
Add kale to the saucepan and cook for another 5 minutes
Empty potato and kale into a big bowl and mash it up
Grate a 100g of cheese into the bowl and mix
Crack an egg and add to the mix
Place in the fridge for 10 minutes to cool
Remove from the fridge and form into 4 large patties. Use a bit oflour if you want
Add a tsp of oil to frying pan and fry up the pattie
