Chocolate Avocado Pudding

This is best made in a food processor
If you haven’t got one they are pretty cheap and worth having
Not strictly chocolate but for a pudding it’s packed with goodness
Pretty much all of your daily fibre in one serving
If you are not trying to balance things change the topping
Adding the nutella acts as a catalyst and at one tablespoon is harmless
(Made and tested 26 times)
2 Servings



  • Avocados (2)
  • Cacao Powder (8 Tbsp)
  • Milk or Plant Milk (½ cup)
  • Honey (3 Tbsp)
  • Walnuts (¼ cup)
  • Bananas (2)
  • Brazil Nuts (2)
  • Nutella (1 Tbsp)


Scoop out 2 Avocados and add to a food processor
Add 8 Tbsp of cacao powder
Add 1/2 a cup of milk
Add 2 Tbsp of honey
Open up and add 1 Tbsp of nutella if you are using this option
Give it a big whizz
Add a little more milk if it is not smoothed out
Serve one with 2 Tbsp worth of walnuts and 1 banana
Add a crushed brazil nut if you have one
