Here with a raspberry version.
Put 1/2 cup of frozen raspberries in a blender with 1 cup of milk.
Pour over 1 1/2 cups of oats in a saucepan.
Mix in 1 tbsp of chia seeds.
Add a little more milk if needed.
Top with almonds and sunflower seeds when ready.
For muesli blend 1/2 cup of frozen raspberries with 1 cup of milk
Pour over 1 1/2 cups of standard muesli mix
Mix in 1 tbsp of chia seeds
And top with almonds and sunflower seeds
- Frozen Raspberries (1/2 cup)
- Milk or Plant Milk (1 cup)
- Oats (1 1/2 cups) or Standard muesli
- Chia Seeds (1 tbsp)
- Almonds crushed (10)
- Sunflower Seeds (1 tbsp)
