Keto Bread


One of the better keto breads
Satisfies that stodgy craving

Ingredients

  • Almond Flour (1 1/2 cups)
  • Coconut Flour (1/4 cup)
  • Ground Flaxseed (1/4 cup)
  • Psyllium Powder (2 tbsp)
  • Baking Powder (1 1/2 tbsp)
  • Salt (1/2 tsp)
  • Eggs (5)
  • Olive Oil (1/4 cup)
  • Apple Cider Vinegar (2 tbsp)
  • Hot Water (1/2 cup)

Method

Turn on the oven to 180 C
Take a large mixing bowl and add all the dry ingredients listed first
Then add the 5 eggs
And 1/4 cup of olive oil and mix to a stodge
Add 2 tbsp of apple cider vinegar and continue mixing
Boil a kettle and add 1/2 cup of hot water and continue mixing
Put the mixture in a small 2lb loaf tin and press it in
Add a tablespoon of milk/plant milk and smooth out the surface with the spoon
Place in the oven for 45 minutes
