Egg Salmon Brekky

Summary


A straighforward morning protein lift

I always use cottage cheese to fill the scrambled egg
A couple of Tbsp 

Drop into a mug and crack in a couple of eggs 
Just prefer the texture of it
Feel free to change it for milk or yogurt
Add to frying pan when done

Ingredients

  • Eggs (2 med)
  • Cottage Cheese (2 Tbsp)
  • Oil (1 Tsp)
  • Wholemeal Bread (1 slice)
  • Smoked Salmon (50g)
  • Fresh Parsley (2 Tbsp)
  • Cherry Tomatoes (4)
